Business Challenge: How to provide a one-stop resource for their branded merchandise to all their offices nationwide and to their 70,000+ employees, 55+% of whom are field personnel. ID Solution: Provide an online company store, linked from the company’s Intranet, which is accessed by password to every employee nationwide.

Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, an e-commerce site was custom designed and programmed showcasing an array of products in categories suited to this client’s needs – apparel, tradeshow giveaways, sales leave-behinds, employee and client gifts, special events mementos, travel and sports, and meeting essentials. Both stock and made-to-order merchandise are featured with new and seasonal products added weekly.

The site has back-end administration and reporting components that are managed and maintained by ID. Customer Service support by phone through an 800# is available to cover all US time zones.
